• The design and realization of all building and civil engineering works as well as any related activity ;
• The execution, directly or indirectly, of all works relating to the field of construction and furnishing ;
• The acquisition and sale of real estate as well as any operation within the framework of real estate development ;
• The acquisition of shares by right in existing companies or companies in formation having a similar or related object ;
• And more generally, all industrial, commercial, financial, movable or real estate operations that may be directly or indirectly related to the corporate purpose or likely to facilitate its extension or development.
