TAQA MOROCCO

 The Company purposes are :

 

 

•The construction, operation, management and maintenance of Power Plants, including Units 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the Jorf Lasfar Power Station and other related works,

•The development, directly or indirectly, of any project, both in Morocco and abroad, in the electricity production sector from any source including coal, gas and renewables, and water production,

•Any import and export operation of all products , raw material, fuel, equipment and material, chartering ships and vessels, trains and any other  transportation means,

•All port operation, including loading / unloading, storage, mooring, transportation, management, maintenance, etc., including those to be performed at the Port of Jorf Lasfar,

•And, more generally, any other trade , financial, industrial, movable and real estate operation, directly or indirectly related to the above purpose or to any other similar purpose or likely to encourage their development in any form whatsoever.
