The Company aims, both within Morocco and beyond, to:

• Build or acquire buildings for leasing or any other form available
• Own buildings directly or indirectly, including those to be built
• Carry out all operations necessary for the use of the said buildings, notably the carrying out of construction, renovation and restoration works
• Buy, lease, rent, manage, use, develop, and sell all real estate, whether built or unbuilt, for its own account
• Carry out all sorts of commercial operations,
• Directly or indirectly participate in all operations or companies by way of creating companies, taking part in their creation, or increasing the capital of existing companies through the purchase of securities and corporate rights,
• Purchase, sell, and exchange all transferable securities and interest shares,
• Take, acquire, use, sell or grant any license, patent and trademark falling under the company's purpose
• And more generally, all operations directly or indirectly related to the said purposes or likely to promote the achievement and development thereof.
