Placed under the wardship of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, Bourse de Casablanca operates within the framework of specifications and subject to rules defined in a general regulation.
Its capital of 387,517,900 MAD is held by banks (AWB, BCP, BMCE, BMCI, SG, CDM, CAM, CIH) (39%), independent brokerage firms (20%), insurance (11%), Caisse de Dépôt et de gestion (25%) and Casablanca Finance City Authority (5%).
