The Company's purpose, in Morocco and in all countries, is:

- the study and execution of all public and private works, construction and civil engineering projects;

- the creation, installation, acquisition, rental, and operation of all construction sites, factories, and industrial establishments for the manufacture and sale of construction equipment and materials;

- the operation of quarries;

- the manufacture of concrete;

- transportation on behalf of others;

- the obtaining, acquisition, operation, leasing, and transfer of all patents and licenses relating to this industry;

- the acquisition of interests in any existing or future companies or corporations with a similar or related purpose, in particular through the subscription of shares, the purchase of securities or corporate rights, the contribution of all or part of the assets, absorption, merger, or otherwise;

More generally, any industrial, commercial, financial, civil, or movable or immovable property transactions that may be directly or indirectly related to any of the projects referred to above or to any similar or related purposes.
