The Strategy Division’s mission is to devise institutional strategy and to ensure proper governance whilst ensuring that the Stock Exchange both communicates effectively with the public and develops international relations.

The Division’s main responsibilities are the following :

• Devising and implementing a three-year Strategic Plan ;
• Ensuring continuous strategic monitoring ;
• Managing legal matters ;
• Implementing a System of Internal Control ;
• Devising the Communications Strategy ;
• Enhancing the image of the Institution ;
• Developing the Stock Exchange’s international and institutional relations.
