The Markets Division’s mission is to manage and develop markets. This mission consists of responding to the needs of the various market participants.

This Division is responsible for managing trading sessions, managing the centralised counterparty system, the administrative management of the Official List, publishing official statistics and indices, relations with market members and regulations.  

The Markets Division is structured around two departments :

  • Managing trading sessions (monitoring the consistency of transactions, controlling brokerage firms, providing assistance to dealers) ;
  • Managing the Official List (corporate actions, listings, public offers) :
    • Drawing up rules and procedures for market operations ;
    • Administrative monitoring of issuers ;
    • Regulatory supervision ;
    • Publication of notices ;
    • Administrative monitoring of brokerage firms.

  • Managing the centralised counterparty system (settlement of transactions carried out on the central market, clearing, risk calculation, update of initial contributions, calls and remittances) :
    • Establishing statistics ;
    • Calculation and management of indices.
