Reporting to the Compliance Department within the Business Strategy Division, your main responsibilities will consist of:

-Ensuring that all operations and information disseminated within the firm are legally compliant;

- Following-up on all assigned legal matters and actively contributing to the            process of reporting to the firm’s decision-making bodies;

- Identifying, assessing and monitoring legal risks relating to the firm's activities and proposing appropriate legal solutions serving the firm’s best interests;

-Participating in drawing-up and validating all types of legally-binding contracts;

-Establishing pro-forma contracts and monitoring existing contracts;

-Following-up on all legal matters entrusted to legal firms and legal advisors appointed by the company;

- Carrying out all legal and administrative formalities relating to company administration;

  - Participating in the process of drawing-up the firm’s legal policy.

Profile:

 A law graduate specialising in company law (at least 5 years’ higher education studies), you must have at least 2 years’ experience working in the legal department of a financial institution, in a legal advisory firm or law firm.

  You have a highly-developed ability to provide a global overview, possess strong analytical as well as genuine editorial skills.

  Fluency in English is essential.
