The Business Development Division is responsible for institutional marketing and must, in this respect, promote the activities of the Stock Exchange whist ensuring the development and management of Human Resources and Logistics.

The Division’s main responsibilities are the following :

• Devising and implementing marketing strategy ;
• Market analysis and segmentation ;
• Devising and updating products ;
• Reflecting on pricing issues ;
• Prospecting all potential targets ;
• Driving the distribution network ;
• Participating in the training of potential targets and of the sales force ;
• Managing staff administration ;
• Implementing HR development tools ;
• Managing the purchasing process ;
• Overseeing the firm’s general services.
